Our process starts with gathering inspirations and color schemes, then designing the framework (or khakas) that will be printed on the fabric as a guide. Our skilled hand-embroidery artisans then transform the fabric into a stunning artwork with intricate needles and metal wires. Next, we tie the embroidered piece on a brass frame and encase it in a flash-plated brass base to create the beautiful jewelry that you can wear.
The development is meticulous and requires intense precision. Each piece passes through several hands - from the fabric dyer, to the embroiderer, to the metal-smith. They work patiently and delicately to ensure the quality and uniqueness of each piece, as no two pieces can be the same due to the nature of embroidery. What we create is not just an ornament, but a tangible testimony of our craft heritage repurposed in a contemporary fashion.
