Shipping policy

Made to Order:

With the environment in mind, your order will be shipped once all items in your order are ready. If any item is marked as "Made to Order," it will be specially crafted for you, taking approximately 30 business days from the date of your order. We will notify you when your order is ready for shipment. For any inquiries, please email us at hello@akihi.ca.

Orders - Within Canada:

For in-stock items, all orders within Canada are shipped within 2-5 business days via Canada Post or Purolator mail service, complete with tracking and delivery confirmation. Orders totaling C$200 or more qualify for free shipping. For orders under C$200, shipping costs are based on location, as calculated by the mail service selected during checkout.

Orders - USA:

All US$ prices on our website include tariffs, import duties, customs, and sales taxes. You will only be responsible for shipping costs. US orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited, which is tracked. Express service is also available. Please utilize the Shipping Calculator on the Cart page to obtain Express estimates based on your location. We are not liable for lost untracked packages due to mishandling by customs or shipping agents worldwide.

Orders - Within India:

All products will be made to order. Your order will be shipped from Jaipur, India, within 15 business days after confirmation. Akihi offers free shipping throughout India using standard courier services. Please note that cash on delivery is not available. If expedited delivery is required, kindly email us at akihi.jaipur@gmail.com. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.

All International Orders:

All products will be made to order. Your order will be shipped from Jaipur, India, within 30 business days after confirmation. For expedited delivery, please reach out to us at hello@akihi.ca. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been dispatched. Additional import duties, customs fees, and sales taxes may apply according to your state or country’s specific requirements and are the responsibility of the customer.
